Consul General Nawata attended a gathering of Japanese speakers

On August 9, Consul General Nawata participated in “Minna Shuugo! Cubbon Park,” an event designed to enjoy conversation in Japanese. This event takes place once a month in the city at Cubbon Park, where Indians who want to speak Japanese and Japanese residents gather to converse in Japanese for about an hour. It has been running since 2023. On this day, about 50 people gathered, and we were able to have a pleasant and enjoyable conversation in a friendly atmosphere. Everyone’s Japanese proficiency was higher than imagined. Hopefully everyone will continue to study Japanese.
