Consul General Nakane Visits Kochi Prefecture

Consul General Nakane visited Kochi Prefecture on July 17th and 18th, during his temporary return to Japan. Kochi Prefecture is currently working to expand their market for seafood products and other items. During the Emperor's Birthday Celebration Reception in February this year, Kochi prefecture provided seafood products and promoted them. During his stay in Kochi prefecture, Consul General Nakane paid courtesy calls on the Governor Mr. Hamada, Speaker of the Prefectural Assembly Mr. Mitsuishi, and members of the Japan-India Parliamentary Friendship League, among others, and briefed them on the current state of affairs in Karnataka.
