Consul General attends the Japanese Sake Seminar organized by the National Tax Agency, Japan

On July 2, Consul General Nakane attended a seminar on promoting Japanese sake, at a restaurant in the city, organized by the National tax Agency in Japan for importers, distributors and hoteliers.
At the seminar, Ms. Mika Eoka, the liquor export coordinator for the National Tax Agency, gave a lecture on the types of sake, suitable ways to drink sake, umami and koji culture.
