On February 12, Consul General Nakane accompanied the Japanese Ambassador to India, Mr. Keiichi Ono who was in Bengaluru on a business trip and paid a courtesy visit to the Hon'ble Chief Minister Siddaramaiah at his official residence.
Ambassador Ono elaborated on Japanese investment in Karnataka, and the Chief Minister expressed his appreciation for JICA's (Japan International Cooperation Agency) support in the state's water supply and sewerage project.
