On January 16, Consul General Nakane visited the Mitsubishi Elevator India manufacturing plant located near Kolar, a suburb of Bengaluru.
According to Mr. Soichiro Oda, President of the company (headquartered in Bengaluru), the plant is currently producing about 1,500 elevators per year for the Indian market.
