Japan Food Fest 2023 (Japanese Food Seminar)

On November 26, Japan Food Fest 2023 (Japanese Food Seminar) was held at a hotel in Bengaluru with the cooperation of the Bangalore Japanese Association and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bangalore.
The event featured 19 stalls from Japanese restaurants as well as Japanese food product companies. The main stage program commenced with a traditional Kagami-Biraki or "Sake Barrel Breaking ceremony", followed by a Salmon cutting demonstration by a Japanese Chef as well as a Sake Seminar. The event was a great success, attracting about 1,500 visitors.
