On February 6, a promotional event for Japanese seafood products and Japanese sake was held at the Consul General's official residence in collaboration with the JETRO Bengaluru office.
The event was attended by chefs and procurement managers from various hotels and Japanese restaurants in the city, as well as members of the media. The event featured tastings of scallop-based dishes and sake.
