Launch of new Japanese Language Course at Bangalore City University

On October 11, Consul-General Nakane attended the launch event of the "UG Diploma in Japanese Language for Skilled Workforce" established by Bangalore City University in cooperation with the Ministry of External Affairs, India.
The course was established with the aim of further strengthening economic relations and human resource exchange between Japan and India. It is designed specifically for young people who are seeking employment with Japanese companies in Japan or India.
The launch was attended by about 200 university representatives and students. Mr. Ashok Kumar Chawla, Advisor (Japan) to the Ministry of External Affairs, India, as well as representatives of the local business community, delivered congratulatory speeches.
