Dispatch of First Batch of Indian Nursing Trainees

2019/3/8
First batch of nursing trainees who will be dispatched to Japan from the NAVIS HUMAN RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED, a language training agency, paid a courtesy call to Consul-General Takayuki Kitagawa.

They have been working in India as the nurses, and they have been learning Japanese and undergoing training of nursing system since July 2018, with a strong motivation to learn more nursing care skills from Japan. After finishing the training in India, as India’s first technical trainees in the nursing care field, they are expected to further study and develop their skills in Japanese nursing care in the nursing homes of Osaka or Chiba prefecture. The first two trainees will be leaving for Osaka on March 13. Upon completion of training in Japan, they are expected to return to India and actively use their skills acquired in Japan in the nursing care field.

Consul-General Takayuki Kitagawa encouraged these trainees saying that although there is a huge difference in culture and tradition between Japan and India, they would do well in Japan since they had received training intensively for the past few months here, and he also hoped they would have a very meaningful experience during their stay in Japan and become active human resources contributing for the development of India.
